Cypress Breeze comfortably sleeps up to six guests (and one baby) in its spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout. Each room is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay: • The Cypress Room: A serene retreat featuring a king-sized bed and a TV. Massive walk-in closet with a nursery set up in it as well as an ensuite bathroom. • The Ocean Room: Cozy and inviting with a queen-sized bed and TV. The whole property is for you to use. You will be provided with a code for the lock that grants access to the home as well as the side door leading to the garage. There is also a fence lock to which you will be provided a code and we ask that you keep that locked when leaving. We want you to have easier access to our beach chairs rather than bringing them from the house.

Wow!! John’s house is comfortable and we felt right at home from the minute we walked in. It is clear that John and Lisa have been meticulous in the planning and designing of their home!! - Everything needed for time at the beach was right there: beach chairs, excellent beach umbrella, toys for a toddler and even floaties. - We sooo appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar as we arrived very late and were not able to pick up groceries on our way to the house on arrival day. - The back yard is amazing….perfect if you have toddlers, young children and even teenagers. We especially appreciated the fenced in pool, my 3 yr old grandson was able to play outside and we didn’t worry about the water. - The garage set up as a play room….what a great idea and it was well used on our stay…. - Many extra activities museums, beaches…. All close by. We would highly recommend staying at Cypress Breeze and will definitely be looking to book again soon!! Lyane, Kathleen and Sawyer!!

I had a wonderful long term stay at John’s home. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked in the kitchen to be able to feel right at home. The heated pool was a lovely touch and was throughly enjoyed. The hosts are so kind and very fast at responding whenever I had any questions, I greatly appreciated that. I look forward to returning one day!

John was an outstanding host from start to finish. His communication was incredibly responsive and professional. He was also very accommodating of our family’s needs, especially traveling with two one-year-old twins — something we really appreciated, especially when our flight home was cancelled due to snow and we needed to stay an extra day at the last minute. The home itself is fantastic for families. It’s spacious, thoughtfully set up, and genuinely kid-friendly. The baby-proofed pool gave us peace of mind, and the outdoor area was a wonderful space for everyone to relax and spend time together. It comfortably fit our group of five adults and two small children without ever feeling crowded. We had such a great experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. We’d absolutely come back again.

John’s place was among the best we’ve stayed at world-wide. It looked and felt brand new. Notables: 1). Great instructions (sent in advance so we would already be familiar) for the amenities in the home. In the instructions were embedded YouTube videos to show how to work the barbecue, pool umbrellas, kitchen appliances, etc. We’ve never seen this done before and was very helpful. 2). A lot of games and activities to do at the house. Pool toys, towels, chairs, ping pong, putting, board games etc. made our stay very enjoyable. 3). The home is well maintained. Regular pool maintenance, landscape maintenance, and even a service to bring trash bins out front during pickup days was noteworthy. 4). The home is well stocked. Linens, towels, kitchen utensils, a coffee bar, and plenty of comfortable furniture left us wanting for nothing. John was extremely responsive. I had a question about temperature control and he got back to me within 5 minutes. Everything was amazing!
